Essential Job Functions
- Prepares and consolidates financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and IDEX corporate requirements. Provides partnership to Director of Finance in improving production efficiency/utilization, make/buy decisions, and budget measurements/analysis.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts regarding Orders, Sales, Margin, EBITDA, and Working Capital.
- Serves as principal contact and advisor to internal customers.
- Performs ad hoc reporting to support Senior Leadership Team.
- Serves as lead for OneStream reporting system to train all new users. Trains all users as needed to keep all informed of changes to OneStream reporting requirements.
- Key player in coordination and preparation during Strategic Planning phase in addition to the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Monitors compliance with IDEX Corporate Policies and internal Delegation of Authority matrix.
